Who We Are
More than a
service you attend—Bethany is a family you belong to.
We’re a multi-generational community of imperfect people learning to follow Jesus together. At Bethany, you don’t have to have it all figured out. We believe real transformation happens in the context of relationships—with God, and with each other. Whether you're brand new to church or have been walking with Jesus for years, there's room for you here.
-
At Bethany, we hold to historic Christian beliefs rooted in Scripture and centered on the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
We Believe:
The Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God.
There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose from the dead, and offers eternal life to all who believe.
Salvation is by grace through faith—not by works.
The Holy Spirit empowers believers to live holy lives, love others, and fulfill the mission of Jesus in the world.
The Church is the body of Christ—called to worship, serve, grow, and reach the lost.
Jesus will return, and those who are in Him will be raised to eternal life.
Affiliation: Bethany Church is part of the Pacific District Conference of the U.S. Mennonite Brethren Churches.
